Why should other people consider the Aircraft Maintenance Trainee program?
It’s a fantastic way to get into a career in aviation! I originally went to college for aerospace engineering but changed to environmental science. After graduation, I quickly realized that I wasn’t working in the right field and the Aircraft Maintenance Trainee program was just what I needed.
How would you describe the process to enter the Aircraft Maintenance Trainee program?
The entrance process is similar to any other job. I found the listing on a job search site, heard back a month or so later, scheduled an interview and then signed the job offer. I think the tour of the facility during my interview is what really solidified my decision.
